Cota
The Cota Tax Levy better have passed. It better have passed if not, for there are people like us who rely on COTA.For the size Columbus is, the transportation leaves something to be desired. The bus routes can be rather sorry ass. I hope the taxpayers care about those who ride a bus. Columbus is not a good city if you don't have a car or can't drive.
At times I have thought about moving to a better city, but an opportunity has not presented itself.
