Over the counter medicine.
Tomorrow I am seeing the nutrition consultant. He has a machine that can look in my body. Anyway I have been battling a cold, combined with that time of the month. I gave into pressure and took generic tylenol since I could not take it. I guess I will have to admit the factors even around this other guy friend. I don't like talking about that stuff with members of the opposite sex, just because it makes guys uncomfortable. I however had very intense symptoms that I had to take over the counter stuff. I however took the generic tylenol very sparingly. I am just not comfortable with my guy friend knowing this stuff.
